The British Council Kazakhstan invites proposals from UK consultants to design and conduct management training for senior administrative and academic staff of Kazakhstani Universities as a part of our Internationalizing Higher Education programme.
The British Council is working to support the Government of Kazakhstan’s national sector-wide reforms to promote employability, innovation and growth. Our education strategy aims to share the UK’s education assets to help people in Kazakhstan become better prepared to make a positive contribution to the economy and society more widely.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Expertise in UK and international best practice in higher education management
- Experience of developing and delivering training for senior leaders in higher education, ideally with a focus on developing internationalisation strategies
- Experience of delivering similar services outside the UK
- Knowledge of the higher education system in Kazakhstan/CIS countries (desirable).
We are expecting to contract one trainer (the Supplier) to deliver a two-day session in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in late February or early March 2018.
