Role overview

We are looking for trust-worthy candidates with excellent communicational and administrative skills, as well as concrete experience of customer service work.

  • The ability to deal effectively with customers in English;
  • The ability to present information clearly and logically;
  • The ability to reassure and deal with young people;
  • The ability to meet deadlines and keep to schedules;
  • The ability to effectively handle large groups of people;
  • The post-holder must have fluent Russian and English; the ability to work in Kazakh, in addition to the advertised essential criteria, will give applicants an advantage.

Type of contract: part-time job, one-year civil contract.
