This time, we will be talking about creative communications during Covid-19. In this session, we want to answer the following questions:
- How has the pandemic affected communication between businesses and customers? What has changed?
- What are the current trends in marketing and communications?
- What should a business talk about with its customers?
Our speakers are two PR and communications experts from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan:
Assel Kozhakova is the founder and CEO of the marketing communications service Red Point Kazakhstan. Assel has 17 years of experience in the corporate sector, in such large companies as Coca-Cola, Microsoft, General Motors, Beeline. She is the author of the winning communication strategy EXPO-2017 Astana and a number of strategies for national companies.
Darika Aldasheva - Managing Director, PR-agency "Noosphere" (Kyrgyzstan). The youngest visiting lecturer at the Department of Journalism of the Kyrgyz National University (KNU). Darika has extensive experience working with the largest Kyrgyz and international companies.
