On 22 - 29 May European Union National Institutes of Culture (EUNIC Almaty) will present European Film Week at Arman cinema. Over the course of the week, 12 films from 12 European countries will be screened. These films represent a wide range of genres, from silent film to comedy and drama.
Film Week officially opens on 22 May with a film from France and ends on the 29 May with one from Spain. Cinema-goers can look forward to a versatile and entertaining programme of feature films from Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Norway, Turkey, Great Britain, France, Switzerland, Sweden and Estonia.
The films will be shown in the original language with Russian subtitles.
