Update on Covid-19

Dear Customer, 

As per sanitary decree № 01-1-21/4651 from 02.09.2021, only the below category of visitors are permitted to enter the British Council  offices from 6 September 2021: 

• Those who has a green “Save” status in ASHYQ
• Those who have an underlying medical condition (please provide an original signed and stamped certificate)
• Those who had COVID-19 within past 3 month 
• Those who are undereighteen (please provide original passport)

Those test takers, who have examination from the 8th to the 11th September, and do not comply with any of the above requirements, you are eligible for a test date change. Please can we therefore ask that you do the following:

• Choose your preferred test date between September 15 and 30. 
• Ensure that you choose same exam format (computer delivered or paper-based) and module (Academic or General Training). 
• Book a new test here and do not pay for the registration. You will receive notification, that this test date was booked and was not paid. You do not need to pay for this registration. 
• Reply to this e-mail immediately after your new registration is complete. You will need to provide the following information in your e-mail: Your name, surname, valid email address, reference number of your previous registration, reference number of your new registration.
• We will cancel a new registration and transfer the previously booked registration to a new date and time. You will receive a confirmation about new exam details on your e-mail.
