Olga Kennedy has worked in the fashion industry for more than 8 years. She studied editorial styling and creative direction at University of Arts London. She worked as a personal stylist in London after which moved to Almaty where she worked as a stylist on TV projects including The X-Factor and The Voice. She also worked as a fashion editor at Cosmopolitan magazine. She has created costumes for plays at Artishok and Transforma theatres. She is currently running training on fashion psychology and provides personal consulting in style and fashion.

Olga is a media relations manager at the "АRTиШОК" Theatre, curator of the Deistviye Bukvalno (Acting Literally) inclusive theatre lab, and author and producer of #CHITKITOCHKA contemporary drama readings at the Transforma Space. As a dramatist, she wrote Marshmallow Zhora and I’m a Martian (staged by the Artishock Theatre), Re: Oblomov (Temirtau Theatre for Young Audiences), and Community. Olga took part in a host of theatre festivals, labs and workshops in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Ukraine, Estonia, Norway, and Sweden. She also authors the Theatre with Olya page about Kazakhstan’s contemporary theatre on Facebook and Yandex.Zen, and works as a reporter and publicist for dozens of media outlets in Kazakhstan and Russia.

She is a philosopher and curator specialising in contemporary art in public spaces.Her projects include ARTBATFEST, an international festival of contemporary art; ARTPOINT, a public and cultural space; the Artistic Gesture School, an educational floor for young artists from Central Asia; as well as art exhibitions in Kazakhstan and beyond. In addition, Olya writes about the development of Kazakhstan’s arts and is an art consultant. She’s a member of the expert commission that designs the Roadmap for Creative Sectors Development in Nur-Sultan until 2025.

In 2007, Timur took professional development courses in marketing and sales at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow. Since 2005, Timur worked as a press secretary and head of press services at governmental, international, commercial, and non-governmental organisations. Since 2008, he has managed marketing communications in the pharmaceuticals, educational, banking and telecommunications sectors. Currently, Timur is the commercial director of SmArt.Point Almaty, Central Asia’s largest co-working centre. Timur lives in Almaty and likes reading classics and educational books, as well as gardening. He also volunteers at the 28 Loops Foundation in Kazakhstan and works as a trainer in marketing and PR at Kazakhstan’s business schools.

In the mid-2000s, he formed the editorial board and became the first editor-in-chief of Esquire Kazakhstan magazine. As a creative producer, he worked with a number of musicians - Buhar Jerreau, Galymzhan Moldanazar, etc. Produced the release of three albums by composer Kuat Shildebaev. He acted as an independent curator of more than 30 art projects. In 2018, Malika Autalipova and Timur Nusimbekov jointly launched the Adamdar / CA multimedia platform dedicated to the people and spaces of Central Asia.

Toizhan Yeginbaeva - one of the leading musicologists - scientists of Kazakhstan, Ph.D., professor of Higher Attestation Commission, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Vice-Rector for Science of the Kazakh National University of Arts. Since 1979, Eginbaeva T.Zh. on teaching: at the Faculty of Music of Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov (head of the Department of Kazakh music and methods of musical education), from 2000 to the present time he has been working at the Kazakh National University of Arts (the former Kazakh National Academy of Music) in Astana. Since 2001, she headed the department of the history of music. Since May 2018, Acting Vice-rector for scientific work of KazNUI.
Chaplin’s Network of Companies, Founder and CEO, Shymkent
Toktar Alimbekov holds degrees in entrepreneurship and macroeconomics from Central Michigan University, U.S., and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is currently working in Shymkent where he founded the Chaplin’s network of companies comprising barbershops, coffee houses, a sports club, and a musical and creative project. Toktar is also a founder and president of the U:projects private association, which aims to create a cluster of smart and creative youth in the city. The project is running in several cities of Kazakhstan.

She specialises in organising art studies at high school, as well as personal and professional development in the creative sector.From 2004 to 2011, she provided PR and information support to cultural and educational projects of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory. In 2011, she was invited to teach at the Zhurgenev Kazakh National Academy of Arts. She authored a course in art management and teaches social and psychological disciplines, as well as personal and professional development courses for future art managers. She facilitates workshops and roundtables on competency-based learning in the area of art, design of courses, and management in education and arts for teachers and managers working for creative universities, as well as heads of cultural and creative organisations.
