Evaluation specialists needed

The British Council in Kazakhstan is pleased to invite tenders from evaluation specialists to evaluate and assess the impact of the “WeAlmaty” project in Almaty, Kazakhstan.  The consultant will evaluate the project to assess the extent to which it has met its objectives and intended results and to evaluate that the deliverables were achieved.  S/he will also identify areas of success and learning in the project that could be developed further and taken forward as a legacy of the WeAlmaty project.

It is funded by a grant from the European Union. The British Council is the project manager with overall responsibilities to report to the European Commission.
