Ainura Amanaliyeva, Bishkek
Co-founder, Ololo Art Studio
Ainura Amanaliyeva is a co-founder of the ololo art studio and the ololohaus co-working space in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan). Until 2016 Ainura had been holding top management positions at large companies in tourism and commercial real estate sectors. In February 2016 she took part in launching a start-up – the ololo art studio – which gave music, fine arts, literature and other arts lessons to adults and children and had the ambition of “creating the number one arts academy in Asia.” This start-up later grew into an event platform and a network of co-working centres uniting creative people in Kyrgyzstan.
Apart from its business activities, the ololo is known as a developer of social projects, such as Musical Erkindik – a monthly festival of street musicians (twelve festivals so far) and the Arts Wednesday – a cycle of free open lectures about arts.

Altynbek Ismailov, Bishkek
Director of the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic
Altynbek Ismailov was appointed as Director of the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic (HTP) in 2018. The HTP was created to support domestic software development companies. Altynbek is responsible for managing the HTP, extending markets for its residents, and creating a favourable ecosystem for startups and physical infrastructure for tech companies.
He is also a researcher and instructor of the Introduction to Field Experiments course at the American University of Central Asia (AUCA). Altynbek received his bachelor’s degree in Economics at AUCA and MPA degree at Columbia University. He has more than seven years of experience in the private, social and public sectors.

Arstan Jusupov, Bishkek
Founder of the Next Co-working Space, IT Consultant
After 12 years of working with various international and local companies and brands in South East Asia, Arstan returned to his native town of Osh in Kyrgyzstan. Having spent some time in Osh, Arstan founded Next – a co-working space for creative and talented young people. Besides working at Next, he provides IT consulting services to public and private companies. Arstan is a RedHat and Asterisk certified engineer.

Aziz Soltobaev, Bishkek
Founder of KG Labs Public Foundation
Aziz is a founder of KG Labs Public Foundation, which aims to spur startup entrepreneurship in Central Asian countries. He also co-founded the local chapter of the Internet Society aimed to eliminate the digital divide in the Kyrgyz Republic. As an expert in information technology, leadership and private equity, Aziz actively promotes entrepreneurship in Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia by giving guest lectures on leadership and entrepreneurship, providing training and participating in different technology and policy-making events.

Chinara Adamkulova, Bishkek

Professor Chinara Adamkulova has more than 15 years’ experience in the education sector in Central Asia, as well as in maintaining liaison with governmental, non-governmental and international organizations and private companies, as well as in establishing and managing Social partnership in the education sector. She works under EU funded projects – Erasmus +, Erasmus Mundus, TACIS, DCI projects.
Chinara is Member of the working group on education sector under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Head of the National team of higher education reformation experts (HERE), Head of the National Bureau ECTS.

Daniyar Amanaliev, Bishkek
Co-founder and CEO of ololo groups in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
Till 2016, Daniar was managing the biggest tourist company in Kyrgyzstan. Besides tourist competence, Daniar has experience in consulting in strategic planning, finance and business-models building. Also, Daniar is the member of Government Board of Europian School in Central Asia the best international school in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Dinara Chochunbaeva, Bishkek
Director of Oimo Festival
Dinara Chochunbaeva is an artist and a member of the board of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic. She is a researcher and international expert in crafts development, a UNESCO expert on intangible cultural heritage, former Central Asia vice president of the World Crafts Council for Asia and Pacific (2012-2016).

Dmitrii Vetoshkin, Bishkek
Executive Director of the Archa Initiative Public Foundation
To fulfil their big dream, in 2016 Dmitry Vetoshkin together with some distinguished Bishkek citizens established the Archa Initiative Public Foundation. Their initiative aimed at restoring the territories of the Botanic Garden in Bishkek. To do this, they invited the scientists of the Botanic Garden, experts in the development of botanic gardens, architects as well as specialists of Botanic Gardens Conservation International.
Their joint efforts resulted in the development of a draft master plan for the largest territory of the Botanic Garden (over 150 ha) that was approved by the Urban Development Council. The project was presented as the unique Asian Mountain Garden.
