Shakhnoza Karimbabayeva, Tashkent

Founder and Director of Bonum Factum Art Gallery

From 2001 to 2010 Shakhnoza was a director of the Tashkent House of Photography at the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan. In 2008 she took a professional development course in Management and Leadership at the Academy for the Development of State and Society under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2009 she was awarded the Order of Friendship.

From 2002 to 2014 Shakhnoza was a director of the Tashkent International Photo Biennial. She took part in organisation of international photo exhibitions in Japan, Belgium, Germany, Russia, China, France, the Netherlands and other countries, and participated in publication of photo albums: The 125 Years of Uzbek Photography, Samarkand, The Story of One City – Tashkent, and Langar. 

Shakhnoza is currently working on a project titled The Factory of Arts.

Timur Aripov, Tashkent

Head of the Patronage Development Department at Arts & Culture Development, Foundation under the Ministry of culture of the Republic of  Uzbekistan

Timur Aripov graduated from the Tashkent State Economic University and the Tashkent State Law Institute, he also holds a Masters Degree from the Tashkent State University of Economics. He has been the Head of the Representative Office of KazTransGaz JSC in Uzbekistan, as well as the Deputy Director of the “Hotel Complex Turkistan” within the Directorate of State Residences of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Since 2015 Timur is the Chairman of the Executive Committee of a non-profit organization “Mehr va Oqibat”. He is also the author and head of the social project "Choose kindness» since 2017.

Timur Kamalov, Tashkent

Head of the Division for Implementation of Programmes for Culture, Arts, Education, Investment and Patronage at the Foundation for Development of Culture and Arts of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Timur studied international relations with economics in the UK and Switzerland, after which he returned to Uzbekistan where he continued his education and gained a Master’s degree in International Relations and Politics from the University of the World Economy and Diplomacy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
